The Element Hotel West Fargo was an early development for the hotel brand, close in proximity to the airport, area universities, West Acres Mall and Historic Downtown Fargo.  The new construction development was a thoughtful and intentional execution, merging prototype design elements with customizations together as one unified concept.

The addition of a family suite, introduced bunk beds to the brand, furnishing a room to sleep up to six people.  The indoor pool design was elevated to include warm wood tones and splashes of bright blue and green to evoke the sense of water and relaxation.

Some of our customizations of the prototype design were later implemented into the brand prototype for Gen 2 design.
