Did you know Oregon is home to the largest mushroom in the world? Or that the world's tallest barber pole, standing at 70 feet high neighbors Hillsboro in Forest Grove?  You can also find 25% of the US population of llamas in Oregon and even take one for a hike!

The Hampton Inn located in Hillsboro, OR is just 15 minutes from downtown Portland and near corporate offices for Intel and Nike.  Built in 2014, our team executed the 7-year PIP soft renovation in 2021, documenting the prototypical design and adding regionality and flare to the artwork package.  We embraced the diversity of Oregon, providing flavors of the surrounding regions and inspiration exploration of the terrain. Our inspiration wouldn't be complete without mentioning the famous ending to The Goonies 1980s movie at Cannon Beach.
