The Jefferson Marketplace at OU is a culinary and cultural experience designed to bring people together and promote healthy living. Inspired by the modern and minimalistic style, the design emphasizes natural materials to create a welcoming atmosphere where diverse flavors and products take center stage.

The layout of the marketplace is intentionally designed to encourage exploration and interaction. The Veggie Butcher not only offers fresh produce and raw juices, but also provides services like washing and cutting, making healthy eating more accessible to students. The New York-style deli provides a convenient option for quick meals or to go options.

At the heart of the marketplace is the Culinary Studio, a cutting-edge demonstration kitchen where live cooking demonstrations take place. This space not only symbolizes a commitment to culinary education but also serves as a platform for community engagement.

Overall, the Jefferson Marketplace is more than just a market; it's a vibrant hub where global flavors, local freshness, and educational opportunities converge.
