The recent renovation at Beaver Run Resort includes a complete overhaul of the Skywalk Marketplace, modernizing the aesthetics while improving the flow and function of the space. A new coffee shop will be the drawing attraction, but the Sweet Spot candy corner with Little Man ice cream, will be what entices people into the market. The Royal Pines Apartments brings opportunity to working class families to provide affordable housing in Colorado Springs, CO. The modest design is warm and inviting, using rich woods and a variety of layered textures to create a sense of home for residents throughout the units and amenity spaces.

Nestled in the heart of Golden, Colorado, Scully's Coffee Shop emerges as a testament to Sophie Scully's journey from a charming coffee camper into a brick and mortar coffee shop.

Natural and organic materials form the foundation of Scully's aesthetic, evoke a sense of harmony with the surrounding landscape. Weathered woods, brick, and biophilic accents create a rustic yet refined backdrop, paying homage to Colorado's rugged beauty.
