Chelle has been working in design since 2003, with valuable experience in hospitality, multi-family, food and beverage and senior living projects.  She spent seven years at Ricca Newmark Design, where she cultivated strong industry relationships and worked her way up from junior designer to project designer before her departure in 2014.  After a year working with another firm, Chelle took the leap of faith to establish studioM; a full-service hospitality design firm in 2015.  Since then, she has continued to develop trusting relationships with clients, executing aesthetic and tasteful design without breaking the budget.  In 2024, Chelle repositioned studioM and evolved to White Lotus Design Studios, carrying forth the same philosophy, process and design integrity.  She prides herself on providing the best customer service experience for every client/project, big or small.  Her attention to detail, ability to listen and execute a client’s vision are supreme qualities, in addition to her leadership that set her apart in the industry.

Additionally, Chelle is an active advocate in the education as an adjunct instructor at Arapahoe Community College and mentor to emerging professionals, cultivating exquisite design talent to strengthen our industry.

In her free time, Chelle enjoys being in the kitchen either baking or cooking up a storm, family game nights and binge watching TV or movies whenever possible and rooting for the Broncos!
