During the programming phase of a project, information about a project is collected, analyzed, and clearly stated to provide a basis for design. Our process includes developing inspiration imagery, conceptual floor plans, establishing the design vision.

After completion of the Design Development phase, the final design selections are documented in drawing and specification format to include materials, lighting and FF&A. Our process includes developing full construction drawings for bidding and construction (including floor plans, elevations and interior details), FF&A specification and GC project manual books. 

In addition to our interior design services, we offer a variety of graphic design services.  Our process includes developing signage design (venue and wayfinding), visual identity design (logo design, color scheme and typography), branding packages (brand positioning, story and message), and marketing materials (business card design, brochure design). 

During the Design Development Phase, the approved design concept is refined and developed into more detailed drawings and presentation materials.  Our process includes, FF&A and material selections, rendered floor plans, artwork packages. 3D virtual renderings (upon request) and preliminary cost estimates. 

During the Construction Administration phase of the project, our team works to ensure the details of the design and construction documents are executed to the expectations of our client. During this phase, our process includes reviewing shop drawings and submittals answering RFIs, conducting site visits and attending OAC meetings.
